¿Cómo fue la primera vez que cantaste la canción en un evento?

Esta canción forma parte de la segunda edición de Concrete Revolutio y estaba muy nerviosa. Por otra parte, ALL-WAYS solo se había escuchado hasta el momento en la versión corta por ser parte del ending, y por primera vez la canté entera. A pesar de que era la primera vez que el público escuchaba la canción completa, todos se mostraron muy entusiasmados con el resultado, estaba muy contenta.

¿Cómo te sentiste al ser responsable de cantar el tema ending para la segunda edición de Concrete Revoluio?

Para ser honesta, diré que casi me da un ataque (risas). Es un anime muy reciente y popular, la historia también es muy interesante desde el primer episodio. Al saber que iba a cantar el tema para la segunda parte del anime sentía mucha presión.

¿Cuál fue tu sensación al grabar ALL-WAYS?

La primera vez que escuché ALL-WAYS pensé que era alucinante, pero la diferencia estaba en que era un estilo de música que nunca antes había hecho. Cantarla fue realmente laborioso. Es la canción más difícil que he cantado hasta ahora.

Al principio me daba miedo no saber adaptarme al sonido. Pero recuerdo la gran sensación de logro al terminar la grabación, como vocalista tuve que estudiar mucho cómo cantarla, creo que ha sido un desafío increíble.

¿Cómo ha sido mezclar guitarra y voz al mismo tiempo?

Estuve con Yohske en todo momento en la grabación del vídeo musical y también durante el primer evento, actuar junto a otra persona es algo muy poco habitual en mí. Hay una gran diferencia entre actuar sola acompañada por tus bailarines, por eso lo primero que me preguntaba era cómo iba a salir todo formando parte de una unidad musical. He hecho algo que no había probado hasta ahora y me he sentido muy cómoda.

Como Yohske estaba a mi lado en el escenario eso me hacía estar menos nerviosa (risas). Cuando canté ALL-WAYS en ese primer evento pensé que lo habíamos logrado. Fue ahí cuando pensé que ALL-WAYS pega muy bien conmigo.

¿Cómo fue Yohske Yamamoto como director del single?

Cambió por completo el estilo habitual de canto de Nami Tamaki.
Hay una semejanza entre Yohske y yo, ya que me siento cercana hacia la música que él compone, su música es muy atrayente, así que quise adaptarme a ese cambio vocal. Sentí que había sacado una nueva parte de mí, fue muy divertido.

¿Por qué dices que hay una semejanza entre Yohske y tú?
Porque ambos tenemos sonidos de colores muy diferentes.

La segunda canción del single es THE LAST SONG, la letra la escribió ZAQ y la música la compuso Yohske, así, Nami ha sido la encargada de cantarla.

Así es. Esa es la canción de acoplamiento del single.

¿Qué piensas de esta colaboración?

Esta vez he sido yo quien ha formado parte de la colaboración para otro artista. Desde que debuté a los 14 años nunca he participado en un CD con un guitarrista, creo que todavía es increíble que pudiera enfrentarme a este reto. Me gusta rodearme de personas que me hagan trabajar en muchas partes diferentes de mí. Al mismo tiempo, colaborar con Yohske ha sido muy complaciente. Es una persona muy agradable.

Además, trabajamos en las canciones sin ningún tipo de problema, realmente fue genial. ALL-WAYS se ha convertido en algo muy importante para mí porque me ha permitido descubrir muchas cosas de mí misma.

How was the first time you sang the song at an event?

This track is part of the second edition of anime 'Concrete Revolutio' and I was so nervous. Moreover, 'ALL-WAYS' had been listened only in a short version because of the ending theme, and we performed the full version of this song for the first time. Although it was the first time the public listened the full version, everyone was very excited, I was very happy.

How did you feel to be responsible for singing the ending theme song for the second edition of 'Concrete Revolutio'?

To be honest, I almost had a heart attack (lol). It's a very recent and popular anime, the story is also very interesting from the first episode. Knowing that I would sing the theme song for the second part of the anime, I felt a lot of pressure over me.
 
What was your feeling when you recorded 'ALL-WAYS'?

The first time I listened 'ALL-WAYS' I thought it was amazing, but the difference was that it was a music style that I had never done before. Singing it was really laborious. It's the hardest song I've sung so far.
 
At first, I was afraid about not knowing adjust myself to the sound. But I remember the great feeling of accomplishment at the end of the recording, as a vocalist I had to study hard about how to sing it, I think it has been an incredible challenge.
 
Mix a guitar and your voice. How was it?

I was with Yohske at every moment in the shooting of the music video and during the first event, performing with another person it's something very unusual for me. There is a big difference between performing alone accompanied by your dancers, so the first thing I wondered me was how it was going to result everything as a part of a musical unit. I did something I had not tried so far and I felt really comfortable.
 
Yohske was beside me on stage and that made me feel less nervous (lol). When I sang 'ALL-WAYS' in that first event I thought that we succeeded. That's when I thought 'ALL-WAYS' suits me very well.
 
How was Yohske Yamamoto as a director of the single?

He completely changed the usual singing style of Nami Tamaki. 
There is a similarity between Yohske and I, because I feel close to the music he composes, his music is very appealing, so I wanted to adjust myself to the vocal change. I felt I discovered a new dimension of myself, it was fun.
 
Why do you say there is a similarity between Yohske and you?

Because we both have sounds with very different colors.

The second song of the single is 'THE LAST SONG', the lyrics were written by ZAQ and the music was composed by Yohske, so, Nami, you have been commissioned to sing it.

What do you think of this collaboration?

This time it was I who take part of the collaboration for another artist. Since I made my debut at 14, I've never participated in a CD with a guitarist; I still think it's amazing I could face this challenge. I like to surround myself with people who make me work in many different aspects of me. At the same time, collaborating with Yohske has been very accommodating. It's a very nice person.

Nami has celebrated today the release of her new single "Everlasting Love" holding the first promotional event with lots of fans in Animate Akihabara, with a lively MC and autograph session. The special guest has been Yoshinobu Sena, the creator of anime VAMPIRE HOLMES and producer of the single.
Nami has expressed her gratitude for all the presents received and she has shown very happy with the event and the good reception of the single.
